The Elf and the Devil, Part 2

"…Having warily approached what appeared to be an abandoned human encampment, the elf maiden found herself suddenly ensnared in a concealed netting of unfamiliar origin. And struggle though she might, she was caught fast. Her captors, rough and strange to her, gathered up their prize and locked her securely in the back of a small metallic cell without any openings to the outside world. The cell soon began to shake and bump as if it was being tossed about by a giant, yet she was not afraid. It was an adventure, and for better or worse, she would see it through to the end – even if that end meant coming face-to-face with a real giant.

But it was not a giant at all with which she found herself confronted when she was finally released from her cell. Far from it! Instead, she was ushered into an ugly stone structure, into a dirty room, and dumped unceremoniously onto a bench of sorts, whereupon a garishly dressed little devil hopped up next to her and gleefully regarded his prize..."

Hello again, all!

Just wanted to try something a little different. I enjoy doing “series” images anyway, and I’ve also had fun on occasion writing little snippets to accompany individual images (a la *sil-enigma's style... ) or illustrating the “Lost Love” poem (by =tytaniafairy... )awhile back, so I though perhaps I’d try doing a bit of both: I’m going to write a little story and illustrate it as I go

And since some of you had expressed an interest in the whole “bad-girl elves” I thought that maybe I’d give it a go But I’m going to try and use the same main character or two throughout… We’ll see how it goes

So here’s part II… (Part I is here: [link]) Hope you like it It’s a very simple SpeedPaste – maybe 45 minutes. The others will be more involved, I’m sure, but I had to start somewhere… And besides, I have an idea that will allow me to finally be able to use up some of the wonderful stock images I’ve been hoarding and didn’t quite know what to do with
